Sales Head

 

  • 7 - 10 years of related experience in B2B Sales/Direct Sales.
  • Knowledge of Packaging Machineries and Target Market.
 
 
Job Description:
 
  • Lead and manage B2B sales efforts to achieve sales targets.
  • Promote Elmec's products and maintain/generate a steady sales pipeline.
  • Manage a team of Sales Representatives.
  • Create Sales Channel Partners (Resellers, Dealers, etc.).
  • Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing, and service information.
  • Provide product quotes and actively utilize value-selling tools and skills.
  • Uncover and assess customer needs and develop and execute a value proposition.
  • Proactively identify new accounts using screening techniques, referrals, and prospecting to potential customers.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of market conditions (e.g., current customers, potential customers, competitors) and devise a strategy to achieve revenue goals.
  • Participate in planning and reviews. Develop and act on analysis to make recommendations on products and growth opportunities.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience to business partners and prospects, fostering long-term business opportunities.
  • Navigate complex problems and structures to determine optimal solutions for customer needs.
  • Collaborate with other business units to evaluate volume, identify trends, ensure quality, and monitor budgets.
  • Reporting to: CEO and Head of Operations.

  • 2 - 5 years of related experience in B2B Sales/Direct Sales.
  • Knowledge in Packaging Machineries and Target Market.
