Sales Head
- 7 - 10 years of related experience in B2B Sales/Direct Sales.
- Knowledge of Packaging Machineries and Target Market.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage B2B sales efforts to achieve sales targets.
- Promote Elmec's products and maintain/generate a steady sales pipeline.
- Manage a team of Sales Representatives.
- Create Sales Channel Partners (Resellers, Dealers, etc.).
- Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing, and service information.
- Provide product quotes and actively utilize value-selling tools and skills.
- Uncover and assess customer needs and develop and execute a value proposition.
- Proactively identify new accounts using screening techniques, referrals, and prospecting to potential customers.
- Develop a thorough understanding of market conditions (e.g., current customers, potential customers, competitors) and devise a strategy to achieve revenue goals.
- Participate in planning and reviews. Develop and act on analysis to make recommendations on products and growth opportunities.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience to business partners and prospects, fostering long-term business opportunities.
- Navigate complex problems and structures to determine optimal solutions for customer needs.
- Collaborate with other business units to evaluate volume, identify trends, ensure quality, and monitor budgets.
- Reporting to: CEO and Head of Operations.
